Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-11

These terms govern your access to and use of Leap Past (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The Service

Leap Past lets your team capture its know-how and ask an AI assistant grounded in your own documents and fixes. We may improve or change features over time; we'll avoid materially reducing core functionality during a paid term without notice.

Accounts & access

Your administrator provisions accounts for your company. You're responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your data is yours

As between you and us, your company owns the content it puts into the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models. You can request an export or deletion — see our Privacy Policy and Security pages.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another company's data, or resell the Service without our written agreement.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price on your order or the pricing page. Unless your order says otherwise, plans are month-to-month — you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Optional add-ons (such as the Pulse tier's on-site sensors and OEE monitoring) are scoped and quoted per engagement.

Free pilot

If we offer you a free pilot, it's provided as-is to help you evaluate the Service, with no obligation on either side to continue. We'll be clear about what's included and how long it runs.

AI answers are assistive — verify before acting

The assistant surfaces answers from your own content and general knowledge to help your team work faster. It can be wrong or incomplete. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, or safety procedures. Always verify steps with a qualified person before acting, especially where safety, equipment, or compliance is involved. You are responsible for decisions your team makes.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Term & termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that isn't cured within 30 days of notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it per our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated to administrators. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
